Suavitel®- Colgate-Palmolive Company

Product of Colgate-Palmolive Co.
Suavitel is a product of  Colgate Palmolive Company.  I did not realize this, I thought it was some cheap product from overseas and was not trustworthy brand.  On my search for coupons and giveaways I stumbled upon the real truth.  I will now purchase this product.

On another note:  They have all kinds of coupons to print off, and you can sign up for the newsletters. The company offers different products, Ajax, speed stick, Murphys oil soap, Colgate, $3.00 off Hills Science Diet pet food, and a sweepstakes.  I could go on.

Bugles Kid Fun Snacks

This is Easy and fun for the kids to make.  Just  fill a Bugle with Peanut Butter and dip in melted chocolate, and if you wish you can add sprinkles to the chocolate to personalize it.  It doesn’t require baking and it’s easy enough for younger kids to enjoy.

You will need:

Zip Lock Bags (Freezer Quality) or Decorator Bag

Peanut Butter

Bugles Original

Melting Chocolate (you can use any flavor, or Color)

Glass Bowl for melting chocolate

Sprinkles (again your choice)

Waxed Paper/Parchment Paper/Foil

Line your work area with waxed paper.

Take a zip lock bag fold it back, so the Peanut Butter will not be on the zip lock, fill it full of Peanut Butter, close it, but make sure all air is out of the zip lock bag.  Take a pair of scissors and snip off a little on one corner.

Go ahead and follow directions on the Melting Chocolate.

Take your sprinkles and place them in a small shallow bowl.

Begin filling your Bugles with the Peanut Butter, just to the top.

Dip the large end of the Bugle in the Melted Chocolate, then dip it in your sprinkles.
Add sprinkles while chocolate is still soft.

Lay on the waxed paper or foil and let the chocolate cool.

It is a nice salty sweet treat.  Enjoy!!!!

Starter Friendship Bread

"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and

today is a gift:

That's why they call it the present."

Elenore Roosevelt

Live each day to the fullest and try not to regret anything you have done or said and apologize if you do. It will make you feel better and you will be a better person.

Try to live in another persons shoes.

Be the bigger person and Forgive.

A man told me once when I offered to pay him for helping me.

That God put us on this earth to help each other.

It would truly be a better world if everyone did.

Hope everyone has a great and wonderful day!!

Give your friends Amish Friendship Bread

Amish Friendship Bread Starter

It is very important to use plastic or wooden utensils and plastic or glass containers when making this. Do not use metal at all!

Ingredients:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F)

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water for about 10 minutes. Stir well.

2. In a 2 quart glass or plastic container, combine 1 cup sifted flour and 1 cup sugar. Mix thoroughly or the flour will get lumpy when you add the milk.

3. Slowly stir in warm milk and dissolved yeast mixture. Loosely cover the mixture with a lid or plastic wrap. The mixture will get bubbly. Consider this Day 1 of the cycle, or the day you receive the starter.

For the next 10 days handle starter according to the instructions

Day 1 - receive the starter

Day 2 - stir

Day 3 - stir

Day 4 - stir

Day 5 - Add 1 cup each flour, sugar and milk.

Day 6 - stir

Day 7 - stir

Day 8 - stir

Day 9 - stir

Day 10 - Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Divide into 4 containers, with 1 cup each for three of your friends and 1 cup for your own loaves. Give friends the instructions for Day 1 through Day 10 and the following recipe for baking the bread.
